everytime i try to start it up it loads then the program just doesnt open? ive done everything uninstalled everything then re installed, tried older versions. nothing works. all my pc software is up to date and can easily run it

On Windows, right-click Photoshop Icon and select Run as Administrator.

• Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?
• Which older versions did you try?
• Did you purchase the monthly subscription (full price) or the annual subscription, paid monthly (discounted)?

Hey, @dabrodie. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've moved your post to the Photoshop Discussions. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. What operating system are you working on?

Did Photoshop close normally the last time it worked? Did you install any 3rd party plugins recently? You can press and hold the SHIFT key when launching Photoshop to skip loading any plugins and see how it goes.
