Export As is not WYSIWYG in colours.

I am working with multiple artboards in the same document. They use Gradient Fills adjusted to each by hands based on what I see on the screen. 
Using Export As gives me completely different result.The difference can be easily spotted on a screenshot.


I can assume the real issue is how Gradient Fill works. But still.. I m pretty sure export should be more respectful to what I see on my artboard.

    Export color management has been buggy for a long time. The exported result is correct, but the preview in the dialog is not correctly color managed. It is not converted into your monitor profile as it should be.

     

    This is half of the reason I still use Save For Web, which is still remarkably reliable and bug free (the other half is that Export can’t be recorded in actions). If you have to use Export, just ignore the rendering in the dialog window.

     

    Whether there are additional problems with gradients and/or layer compositing I don’t know. I haven’t seen any such problems myself, but I haven’t tested that extensively.
