“Export As” Not Responding in Photoshop

Hello,I'm experiencing a critical issue with Photoshop where the "Export As" feature does not respond at all.Here are the key details:2025 Photoshop Version:  27.0Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)Issue Summary: The "Export As" function doesn’t respond. "Save for Web (Legacy)" works, but "Export As" does not.Troubleshooting Steps Tried:Reinstalled PhotoshopInstalled older versions of Photoshop (the issue persisted)Reset preferencesNone of these steps have resolved the issue. I’m not exactly sure which step helped, but most likely it was updating the parameters.
– The parameters were deleted, and after deletion, they were automatically recreated in the folders, which restored the bugged settings.
– The graphics card drivers were also updated.

Yes, all issues occurred following the Photoshop update.

Please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.
