'Export as' not working properly

Mac OS 15.4.1
MacbookPro
Photoshop  26.6.0

I can't use 'export as' function properly.
The artboards don't appear.
I have reset preferences and still not working.

Any ideas on what to do.

    Thanks for your suggestions - Yeah i've done them mostly.
    I will revert to older version and see if that works.
