export for web legacy

Hi there

Im having issus with exporting for web legacy. We i export is says "could not complete this operation. An unknown system error has occurred"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and also amended the settings to reset preferneces on quit but to avaial. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
