Export JPG color issue

@Vibrant_brain1282 Which image viewers are you using to view? Many do not have colour management  and thus show colour inaccurately.

There are two possibilities here.

1. When you convert to sRGB for export some colours in your document may be outside of the range of colours that can be contained in sRGB (i.e they are outside the colour gamut for sRGB). This can easily be checked by going to View > Proof Setup to sRGB then using  Proof Colors (Ctrl+Y) to preview the conversion. You can use Ctrl+Y again to switch the proof preview on and off and look for any colour change. If you do see any, then you will need to adjust those colors in your document so that they fall within the range of colours for sRGB, or just accept that they will change when you export.

2. You mention using different viewers. Not all viewers are colour-managed i.e. use the document profile. Make sure that you are using viewers that are colour managed.
