Exporting Actions

To answer the first part of your question about “exporting” actions, you click on the name of the set (not the name of the action), then go to the Action panel menu and Save. It will be saved with an .atn exension, and can be shared with others.

I see one huge problem in your screen shot. You have an action called “mindset” (plus a couple of others) inside the set called “Default”. Create one (or more) new set(s) by clicking the folder at the bottom of the panel. Drag and drop your actions into a new set, then save that set. It is not a best practice to put them in Default.

I can play them back but not export the playback as a video.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Does a plain screen recording not suffice?
