When I tried to export a PSD for Aero from Photoshop CC, I got an error message saying “Script Alert–Creative Cloud Files is not installed”.

The system version is as follows.

Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.6.0 20230615.r.573 15cc86e x64

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit Version: 10 10.0.19045.3208

System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:13, Stepping:1

I see that similar problems have been posted in the past.

I tried changing the folder path for the jsx files, but that did not solve the problem.

Since it was unavoidable, moving the CreativeCloud sync folder to the default setting (c:\Users\<username>\Creative Cloud Files) solved the problem.

Now we just have to wait for Aero to improve quickly so that it will work on our PCs!
