Exposure X7 won't open in Photoshop 2025

I use Exposure X7 in my regular work. I've been using it for years without issue. Now I am unable to open it with the message "Could not complete the command due to a program error". I've tried everything recommended to correct this issue with no results. I've sent 3 support requests to Exposure Software with no response. If anyone has had this problem and found the way to correct it, please advise. Much appreciate your help !!!

I am unable to use my Exposure X7 plugin with Photoshop 2025. I get an error message of " Unable to process command". I have done all of the recommended actions to correct this problem without success. I contacted Exposure tech support and was unable to determine the cause for the error. This software previously worked without a problem up until about January 2025. I'm very frustrated at this point as I use this plugin for much of my work. I would appreciate some assistance from Adobe Tech support as it seems that Photoshop is causing the problem. Thanks so much for your help.
