There is no download for ExtendScript Toolkit CS5. It is installed with Photoshop CS5. So you should have it installed.

It seems last version of ESTK CC site was taken off and now it's possible to download only when you're Creative Clouds member. As to earliest versions they are installed with Ps CS in separate folder. Try from unofficial site version 3.8 / CS6.
