Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We are here to help.

Could you please confirm the version of Photoshop along with the version of Operating system?

Are you working on Apple Silicon (M1 series) machine? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

If you are working with Windows or macOS(Intel based) Computers, please check this artilce: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/plug-ins-photoshop-troubleshooting.html

if you are working on Apple silicon (M1 series) computer, please check the correct answer from one of our Adobe Community Professional(ACP) :https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/legacy-cep-extension-panels-don-t-load-on-apple-m1-computers/m-p/12593408#M608185

We hope this helps.

Thanks
