I have problem trying to extract photoshop 2018 with my win rar.if keeps asking me for password to extract the files .please help me

Adobe cc 2108 stand alone installers are .zip or .dmg files and you need to have a subscription for the creative cloud desktop application the activate it on you machine.  I would not trust what is in that RAR to be  Adobe's Photoshop

Did you download that from the adobe website?

 

Doesn't look like an offical adobe installer.
