'Extreme' Perspective Compositing

I might be overly optimistic about what is possible here, but here I float the idea.

 

I have two pictures, taken from two slughtly different viewpoints. 

 

On the first picture, I enjoy very much the parallelism of the first buildings blocks, highlighted. It’s not present on the second picture.

 

Do you believe we could be able to recompose this part of the second picture to mimick the first one? If yes, using which tools/approach?

Not if they're taken from different viewpoints as far apart as this.
