"Extremely poor support experience - Denied v24 installer for paid subscriber"

I am a professional running Nila Studio and I pay for two active subscriptions: Adobe Stock and Photography 1TB Plan. My hardware (Intel i5 6th Gen) only supports Version 24 (2023) stably.

The following issues occurred during my chat:

  1. Agent Piyanshi told me Adobe doesn't support 2023 and suggested I purchase it from a third party.
  2. Agent Mukesh claimed there is no temporary link available for v24.
  3. Finally, I was told my subscription 'does not require an installer', which is impossible for Photoshop

@nila_1541 Ouch! Before exploring external download links, you should first check if the legacy installers are accessible directly through your Creative Cloud Desktop app. To do this, click on your Account icon (the circle in the top right corner) and select Preferences, then navigate to the Apps tab and ensure the "Show older apps" toggle is turned on.

Once this setting is enabled, return to your "All Apps" list, click the three dots (...) next to Photoshop or Lightroom, Select View product details and select English and 18 other languages, previous versions to see if the v24 (2023) or v25 (2024) installers are available for direct installation.

Crazy, I have a version for 6.5 (aka 2016!)

And Photoshop 25.12.3 (2024) and 22.2 (2021)

I cannot make v24 available, but can explain the current position on downloads.
For some time now, Adobe have supported only the current version and previous version (v27 and v26), both of which are downloaded through the CC desktop application. For a 'limited time' v22.2 is still available for download in the CC desktop app as it was the last to support 3D functionality.
Direct download links for other versions were removed.
