Why eye dropper tool shows like this?

I see that "BRAND" is on its own Type layer.

  • Select the word with the Type tool
  • Look in the options bar for the Type tool
  • Click the Type Color button (black in this screenshot)

  • In the Color Picker for the Type tool, click something purple. It could be something in your image or it could be the purple in the foreground swatch

There are two circles: an inner circle and an outer circle.

  • The inner circle is actually split in half. The top half shows the color that you are about to choose and the bottom half show shows the color that you chose recently. In your case, the two halves are the same shade.
  • The outer circle is a neutral color so it's easier for you to see the color that you are selecting.

I want to change "BRAND" color purpole. But it does not come. Video is uploaded.
