Face-Aware Liquify for CS6

I'm aware that CS6 doesn't have the Face-Aware Liquify option.  Is there an add-on that I can get?  Which tool would be best to use that is in CS6?  Just use the regular liquify?

What would you like to do where Face-Aware in Liquify would be helpful? If you could be specific we could offer possible alternative techniques. If you post the image, as well, that would be very helpful.

You may also check out Portrait Professional: PortraitPro - Easy Photo Editing Software

It has controls that allow you to alter may aspects of the face: eyes, mouth, facial contour, etc. and they offer a free trial.

Doubling what Elandia said, I want to edit a person's facial features (shrink, grow, rotate, etc.) in Photoshop CS6. Since there is no Face-Aware Liquify option for CS6, are there any alternatives or add-ons I could get?

Fear not, Emmy. CS6  Filter > Liquify can handle the editing you have in mind. For the most part, later versions of the software added sliders and other tweaks to make the work a bit more efficient and intuitive, while you will be working with tools to accomplish similar results. That's all. A suitable automobile analogy would be that you are driving a stick-shift and the CC app has an automatic transmission. Each of them can get you to where you want to go. I would suggest that you look into the Portrait Professional application that I mentioned previously, as well.

One more thing: Back in the CS6 days I wrote a PDF for my students to introduce CS6 Liquify. If you would like a copy of the notes, just send me a personal message with your email address.
