Fastest way to import layers

Hi all,

I walk in to a problem. I use photoshop on the daily for files with max 10 layers wich works good. But now for another project i have to make an animation and i found out you can also use Photoshop for that.

So now i render an image with external software, then paste the images as layer into a single PS-doc, then i get the popup with rotate-mirror-cancel-accept, i click accept and it takes about 3 seconds to correctly post it. 

This is normally for my 10 layers no problem.

But this animation has 1000+ frames, so i had to sit there for half an hour with my finger on the enter button just to paste my images in PS. And thus i wondered if there was a faster solution to this.
