File is Unlocked

I used to use Ps in a different MS account. Yesterday I changed the account but using the same PC. I imported all my brushes, and have done all the setting. But when I'm working on a file, I wanted to save it. Then its showing this. Anyone please help me! I'm working on an important project, but can't save it. I think its because I changed my account since I never faced this issue before on my previous account. Please help me out!
