File name problem when saving

I'm on Mac Ventura 13.3.1 I upgraded from CS5 to Photoshop 2023 recently.
When I save a file that I have just created, “-1” is added to the file name.
For example, I open a raw file, I work on it and when I want to save it as a PSD in the finder I see that the computer has added “-1” to the file name. If I want to save it as a jpeg it’s “-3” in addition.
For example 50.psd becomes 50-1.psd or 50.jpg becomes 50-3.jpg.
I don't see what setting can change that. I didn't have this problem before.
Can anyone help me?

There will be a suffix when you save out the processed RGB file, but by default will be "-Edit".

This can be set up in Lightroom preferences.
