Filter Camera Raw doesnt work

Hi, I have a big issue with my camera raw filter, i dont know what to do anymore. Everytime I try to open camera raw filter, there is a window with text ,,Camera raw filter requires gpu acceleration´´.

I tried almost every solution on the internet, but none of them worked. I tried to change something in a photoshop preferences, nothing. I tried to install new camera raw filter from official websites, nothing.

I tried to install the newest graphic app from Invidia, nothing. 

Please someone help me with my problem, i dont know what to do. 

I have the newest Windows computer, RTX 4050 graphic.
