Filter Gallery Not Working At All (Photoshop 2025)

Hi Everybody, 

 

It is the first time, for me, using the Filter Gallery and it is not working. It was already on RVB and 8bits.

(My Photoshop is in French)

It looks like you turned on the Selection Handles and then moved the pivot point, which automatically (and quietly, without telling you) puts you in Free Transform mode. If so, that's why the Filter Gallery is unavailable.
