[cursing removed] I have used photoshop for over 10 years. When Generative Fill came out, it had some quirks but overall it was fairly impressive.

Then....Firefly in the recent update. its awful ! Not only does it not perform like the previous (not even close) but sometimes it doesnt even render what I ask of it.

Adobe...this is a hard FAIL

There is very definitely a learning curve with Firefly image generation, and even more so with video generation. You need to use the right model, and be very specific about the prompt. That includes telling Firefly what you want to remain unchanged. If you could be specific about your project (s) then you might get the advise you need.

Could you please send your system information, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps required to replicate the issue? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here.

I can appreciate how frustrating this issue is and understand that you're just venting. That is okay; however, if you would like to try and troubleshoot the issues you're seeing with Generative Fill within Photoshop, please share what version of Photoshop you're using. You can find this by going to help > System Info. The exact version will be in the first few lines.

Sharing examples of what you're seeing will help us as well. Thank you.
