Fix mouse error in photoshop

Hello everyone.
I am having a problem when using the pen tool, I can briefly describe my problem as follows. When using the pen tool, I cannot exit the curve drawing mode, and I cannot exit the image moving mode (normally the image only moves when I hold the space key, however when using the pen tool, even though I no longer hold the space key, my photoshop still cannot exit the moving mode).
I have uploaded 3 videos, 2 of which describe my error and 1 video is me using the pen tool on another computer.

It's not clear what we are seeing in the videos, although we very much appreciate you uploading them. Only the third video 019.dng shows the image panning, which is what I assume you mean by 'moving'. We don't see the cursor change to the Hand icon either. It always shows the Pen tool icon.

Something else I am wondering about is that the paths all close showing the marching ants of a selection. Are you doing something to make that happen? We don't see the cursor move to the Load path as selection button at the bottom of the Paths panel.

So, sorry to be a pain, but could you have another go at describing your issue? Or if anyone else thinks they properly understand it?

I don't think it is going to make any difference in thgis case, but you could try changing Spring-Loaded Tool Shortcuts to on or off depending on its current state.

And I would definitely like to know how the path is closing to a selection?

It's a bit hard to describe my case. For example, in the first 019.dng video, when I click on a second point or later, it won't fix the pen line immediately, but it will be in curve adjustment mode (which I don't really need at the moment) and I have to spend 1 or more clicks to fix the pen line between 2 points.
And the third 019 video is similar when I have to left-click again to end my mouse movement action.
I don't know if my description is enough for you to understand.
