Flashing Gif after Exporting With Save For Web (Legacy) Photoshop CC 2018

Hey Adobe Forum Community,

I am a student, and I have been using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 to develop a new design for my school's assembly presentation (since their's is extremely outdated). I decided to create a typography animation gif for the project, and exported it as a gif through Save For Web (Legacy) and the result was below (notice how it flashes twice). I tried changing the resolution down/up a bit, but the issue persists. Example down below:

Any help or tips are welcome.

Thanks in advance

I was having the same glitches and found that it was a result of enabling/disabling visibility for any of the layers in the layer window. So if I enabled layer visibility for frame 50, even if I disabled it, that frame would flash when previewing/exporting through Save For Web (Legacy).

So basically the solution for me was to refrain from enabling or disabling visibility of any of my layers after importing them from video. Hope this helps!
