font Bebas Neue is reverting to default font

Hey Jane, I was using the web version of Photoshop and when I put a subheading in the middle of my image and changed the font to the specific font to mentioned in my first comment, every time I click done the font would revert back to the default font. the same issue did not occur when I instead selected body text and then just upsized it instead of using subheading text

I can think of several ways to interpret this. Can you clarify your issue and show screenshots of what is happening?
