Font Filtering Isn't Working

When I try to filter fonts, it says "No matches found." no matter what font class I choose. I tried deleting the CT Font Cache and Font Feature Cache folders and it didn't help. My Photoshop version is 24.1.0

@J E L  I just tried uninstalling creative cloud and reinstalled it and the photoshop. The issue seems to be solved

@J E L  I tried tool reset and emptying the settings folder. None worked for me. It happens on every file that has a text layer

Okay, @Muhammed5E44, thank you for sharing that. It looks like something has gone wrong. Did you try a tool reset by right-clicking on the Type icon at the top left? Does this happen with any file you try that has a text layer?

Also, have you tried to reset your Preferences yet? That tends to clear out small bugs like this. You can restore your Preferences using this manual method: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

If that doesn't make any difference, quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

@J E L  Sure, it gives the same thing whatever I choose except "All classes", then it gives all available fonts.

Hi @Muhammed5E44, sorry to hear about the trouble. I checked out font filtering as a test, and it's working for me so far. If I choose to filter by “Script” for example, then all the fonts I have installed or activated that include a script version of that text shows up on my list. Note, some fonts don't give a script match. Can you post a screenshot or a video of what isn't working for you? Something like this, maybe? (Windows 10, Photoshop 24.1 Release)

Thank you for the reply. I saw that post and that's why I tried to delete the caches. Restarting the Photoshop doesn't work

Try to close and open photoshop again. Sometimes when you install a new font it doesn't show
