What is the reason this  Font gets Pixalat? Is it a nature of the font or some other reason.

Correct answer davescm

You are zoomed to 400% with no anti-aliasing on the characters. Although text is vector, in Photoshop, it is displayed using the pixels of the image and therefore has options on how to smooth the edges.
Select the text and go to the bottom of the character panel. Then set the text to Sharp, Crisp, Strong or Smooth, basically anything but 'None' which looks like it is set at present.
