My eyesight is getting worse so I was wondering if there was a way to make the font inside "Actions" larger? I am using windows 11 and the most up to date version of PS CC. Thank you

Outside of Photoshop UI settings as mentioned by @c.pfaffenbichler the other alternatives would be a smaller monitor resolution where everything is then larger and has less screen real estate (which may not be that great), or a script with an interface or a UXP panel to select and run the actions, where the font size can be controlled. This would only be for running the actions, not creating them in list mode where you would still need the action panel.

I eventually had to give up trying to use my 4K Asus Pro Art screen at full res.  Windows does not allow screen scaling  individually screen by screen, so with two 24" 1920 x 1200 screens, and adding a 31.5" 4K screen I was unable to see UI fonts and icons on the 4K screen — even at 32.5 inches!     It broke my heart, but after compromising on scaling at 125% for all three screens (I had no choice) I still wasn't comfortable with the main screen, and had to set its resolution to 2K (2560 x 1440)

Of course it played havoc with my custom workspaces pushing panels off screen where I could not grab and drag into position.  So, I now have quite a collection that I am not ready to delete right now.  I also have an XenceLabs 16" Pen Display that is positioned under the main screen regards the workspace, and that complicates things still further.  Apparently Windows used to allow individual screen scaling, but why make life easy foir the end user?

I hope my tangental post didn't go too far off track for @gizzysas1 's issue, but he is using Windows, so now knows there are options.   Let us know how you resolve your issue @gizzysas1 and let us know what size screen you are using, and its resolution.  Use these UI settings in Preferences, as advised...

...and if still in trouble, look at Windows scaling (in Display Settings) and as a very last resort, reduce your display resolution.  That last one is totally soul destroying, but if you can't see well enough to use the applications, what else can you do?

What is your current Preferences > Interface > UI Font Size setting?
