Fonts only type in uppercase

Hello,

I am working in Photoshop right now and every type of font I type in appears to only show in uppercase. Yes, I checked the Character Settings to make sure it's in "small caps" but I still can't seem to type in lowercase. I even try typing in basic fonts like Times New Roman and this still happens. Does someone have an answer?

"Small Caps" is jusat that: capital letters rendered smaller than usual. Try with none of the "T" icons in the panel highlighted.
