It would be ideal to be able to edit the color palette simultaneously. that when you select different layers, you can edit the color of each layer without the question symbol appearing

The ? indicates the multiple selected text layers currently use a different colour. Editing the swatch will then apply the same colour to all selected text layers and the ? will be removed.
