Free transform - Warp icon - Photoshop 27.10

Since updating to Photoshop 27.10, I can no longer find the Warp tool icon and Reset icons where they used to be. It seems we now have to go through menus to access these functions, which adds extra clicks and slows down the workflow.

Could you explain why this change was made? These commands are used frequently, and making them harder to access feels like a step backward in terms of usability and productivity.

Could the options bar be made customizable, or could these icons be restored somewhere easily accessible? I’d also like to know whether this is an intentional change or a display issue in this version.
