Full management not working!

Hello,

 

After logon, we try to access our plans, invoices or try to simply create a support ticket and we get the message in attach.

 

Nothing works...

 

Inside photoshop, AI says we dont have internet so it doesnt work too.

 

Since we cant create a support ticket (ridiculous situation!!!!) can someone help us here please?

@Jacinto1587 do you have an enterprise/teams account, if so try this link Enterprise and Teams

If that's not the case, can you post what the error message says

Yes we have. Will follow that link, thankyou. I posted the screenshoot with the error above. Posting again here. Can you see?

@Jacinto1587 I can see the error but can't translate it, I meant for you to type out what the error message says
