Gaomon 1611 tablet pen is off-center unless I uncheck "spacing" in brushes

Question

Problematically the whole reason I got my tablet was to be able to have it exist as a "third monitor" so I could draw on it without using my actual monitors, and I need spacing on my brushes or I can't do the projects I use photoshop to do.  
The tablet is a Gaomon 1611, I have calibrated it repeatedly.  This is apparently a known issue and most people resolve it by unclicking "spacing" but again...  I need spacing for my brushes...  Is there a way to fix this?
