Generate 3D Map is throwing error This 3D festure requires that Use graphics processor is enabled.

When I click Filter-3D-Generate Normal Map PS shows a error that This 3D map features require that Use Graphic Process is enabled in Prefrences. While my graphic processor is enabled and I have a very high config-Nvidia Card RTX A5500. Can somebody help me with this error. I don't know what to do. I tried resetting PS but it didn't help.

If you need 3D functions, Adobe recomend v22.2. At the time of writing, this can still be downloaded from the CC desktop app.

A possible solution is to revert to a previous version that had that feature.

Adobe has retired 3D within Photoshop. You may find this page helpful...

I also had a similar problem, I downloaded the 3d map generator plug in and tried to import it into photoshop but instead received this.

The last version of Photoshop that supports 3D is 22.2. Adobe kindly left it available in the CC app and you can have it installed along with the current version.
