Question

Generate AI

Yesterday I was still using my Photoshop just fine. But without knowing the cause, today I can't generate images from AI Gemini or Flux. I can generate images from Firefly, but it's very slow and I have to try several times to get it working. Are you experiencing the same thing? Is there maintenance going on? Or is this purely an error in the application and my device itself? Please help me.

    Hi @mega

To clarify - are you having creating images within Photoshop using Generative Fill and from the Firefly website (https://firefly.adobe.com/image)? When you try create from the Firefly site with Gemini or Flux, do you get any message?

Have you checked how many Generative Credits you have left? A possible reason why images with certain models are not generating is that there are not enough credits available.

    Try resetting the preferences.

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

Note: Using the keyboard shortcut, preference files for custom shortcuts, workspaces, and color settings will also be reset to default.
