generate ai image using reference image make it insanely upscaled

Question

I have a reference image which i need to be re generate in ai and make it insanely upscaled. I have attached some reference images and sample. Please help me, i am stuck for the past few days. can anyone tell me the process to do that??

I have the latest adobe photoshop 24 version.

I have a client which needed it and it's big deal for me to be done this project.

@Divyank36128226wfu8 Adobe Firefly cannot match generations to an existing image. You can resample using Image Size>Preserve Details 2.0 depending on your original size or Super Zoom Neural Filter. There is no AI upsampling capabilities in Photoshop.
