Hello, Photoshop community. Can someone please help me? I am using Photoshop 2024  version 25.12.0. I am trying to use generative fill. What is happening is the generative AI panel appears with it  trying to generate three samples (variations panel), but then the panel disappears and I can't find where it is.

Hey, @ewtc_8683. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

You can go to Window > enable Contextual Taskbar, and you can also check the Properties panel from Window > Properties. The Properties panel should give you variations to choose from. The Properties panel changes depending on the type of layer selected, so make sure you select a Generative Layer to find the appropriate options. Thanks!

Salaam @Sameer K , I have checked and Contextual Taskbar and properties panel are both ticked. I am at a loss as to why this is happening, someone suggested it could be blocked by the work network. I have attached a short video if this helps in any way.JZK

Hey, @ewtc_8683. I'm sorry for the delay. I reviewed the account you used to log in to the community and couldn't find an active subscription, but you have 3 profiles.

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga

You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out that it is a network issue.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
