Generative AI is greyed out!!

Question

I got a 7-day trial for Photoshop. But Generative fill/expand are greyed out in the contextual task bar as well as in the Edit menu. Is gen-ai not included in the free trial? If not, what could I do?

One reason might be that you have not given your birthdate to Bēhance. See this article for instructions:
