Generative AI leaving harsh lines

Hello,

Photoshop Generative AI is leaving harsh lines. I never had this issue before. 
Does anyone know how to solve this please? I tried turning off the Windows Defender firewall and restart my machine but that did not help. I am using the latest updated version. 

I have the issue also in Beta version.
