Generative AI Not working for Photoshop 26.5 or 26.4.1

I found a bug report for this that said it's resolved but it isn't. I'm on a Mac running Sequoia 15.3.2. I had to go back to 25.12.2 to get it to work.

Hey, @quirky_fighter16B6. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll clarify this for you. 

 

This error occurs when the subject or the generated results consist of content that goes beyond or against the guidelines. 

Does this happen with a specific document or prompt? If you don't have the desktop version of Photoshop, try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/43OEcPF) and see how it goes.

Hi Sameer K. Thank you for this. I do have the desktop version of
Photoshop. No prompt as I was trying to remove a package from an image to
replace with another package. Image is non copyrighted but owned by my
employer (as are the packages). If it goes against guidelines, why did the
older version of Photoshop work with it? Thanks for your help.
