Generative AI not working in Windows 11

Question

Hi!I would like to ask for help: Generative AI doesn't work in any adobe product, it throws the error that is attached in all cases, regardless if I open a completely new project or if I only want to fill a selected area.I've tried everything I could find on the forum but nothing has worked Windows version: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.2605 build)Photoshop version: 26.2.0 I can send logs if it helps.

@barbara_1999 one thing to check is your Windows Firewall settings to make sure you are allowing Adobe, Photoshop and Firefly access. Normally when you see this it is a server or network connection issue upstream.
