Generative credit 100 only?

Question

Dear Sir,

I am a long time supportor of Photoshop application and I am a professional photographer based in Canada. Recently, I notice that my generative credit go down to 100 which I believe that it is not the agreement when my purchase the photoshop cloud application, it should be 500 for my profile. Can someone know who should I talk to resolve my problem?
