Generative expand function doesn't work

The Generative expand function in my desktop Photoshop software doesn't work. My latest attempt at using it simple involved trying to generate new image either side of an existing horse image. I was following a tutorial provided in Photoshop called ‘Expand images with Generative AI’ (see attached image). When I try to use the Gen expand function, it seems to start processing but then an error message appears (attached). It used to work fine but it has not worked for over 6 months. This is the first time I have reported it. I believe it started malfunctioning after a routine Photoshop update.

I am part of a business subscription plan so I believe I have the most up to date version of the software (version 27.7.0). I am using a MS Windows operating system Dell machine. Full details can be sent on request.

    Hi @Jude5CC3

Sorry about this error. These issues are generally temporary and are often related to network connectivity problems. As @Peru Bob mentioned, a firewall could be one possible cause.

I would also suggest switching to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and checking if the issue persists.

Additionally, if you are connected through a VPN, please disconnect it and try again.

Check if your firewall is blocking it.
