Generative Expand is not working on Photoshop 25.0?

I can't use the generative expand function and get the error "feature is not available".

I get errors with Generative Expand on one Windows PC (but not on another - same Nvidia drivers on both PCs).

On the failing PC, I either get "program error" (for a 5400x3600 jpg image) or a meaningless upscaling of a tiny 600x400 jpg version of the same imge and a filling of the top left corner instead of the bottom right expanded canvas region.
On the failing PC, expanding some images loaded into PS from LR works.
Behavior did not change with the update from PS 25.0 to 25.1.

As a temporary workaround after you click Generative Fill in the Contextual Task Bar, put a Period in the Edit field then press Generate.

Hi @HBrizzle Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

I tried every feature of Generative but it's not very usable 😞

Everything works fine for me on Windows. Can you describe steps taken or even better record short video and post here.
