Generative fill does not work Adobe Photoshop

Good afternoon. When using generative filling, it shows an error: no internet connection, although I am fine with it. Also, Beto versions of applications are not available in Creative Cloud, even though I have a subscription to the full package.

    Yes, it’s installed and I’m looking at it using the CC Desktop application.

    Do you have the CC Desktop app installed? If yes, click on Apps and then on Beta apps as shown in the screenshot below.
