Generative Fill error Check your internet connection and try again - Windows11

Hi,
We migrate our devices W10 to W11, and after that we have an error "Please check your internet connection and try again" when try to use Generative fill.
In Windows10 Devices in the same network works fine, but all W11 still have the problem.
I followed some articles indicated to remove some inbound and outbound rules of Adobe in Windows Firewall, but didn´t work.
Anyone have any ideas what we need to do to solve this issue?
