Generative fill is not working

I have a copyright problem in photoshop, it always shows a message that the feature is not available when I use AI Generation Fill, even though I have used the copyright from adobe, so what is the problem with my feature. My registered email is: ██████████████████. I am currently on vacation in Vietnam.

Generative Fill in Photoshop is not currently available to Chinese users. It is documented on this page: Common questions about generative AI features in Photoshop. I believe the restriction is associated with the country associated with the account, not the physical country you are currently in.
