Generative fill issue

Dear Adobe Support,
My name is Zeynep , and I have been a dedicated and active user of Adobe products for over a decade. I have always appreciated the quality and innovation of your tools, and until recently, I have never had any significant concerns. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the Generative Fill feature in Photoshop.
While I genuinely appreciate this tool and use it frequently in my creative workflow, there is one persistent issue that has not improved since its launch:
The generation of directional accuracy and anatomical elements, particularly hands, feet, and orientatios, is consistently unreliable.
In many cases, the results are unrealistic or even unsettling. Since a significant portion of users (myself and many others in the creative community) often utilize this tool to generate human figures, this limitation significantly reduces the feature’s usefulness.
In addition, I would like to comment on the credit-based system. Despite writing detailed and well-structured prompts, the errors mentioned above often result in wasted credits. This is particularly frustrating given that I am a full Creative Cloud subscriber, yet still limited by a credit model that doesn’t always reflect the quality of the output. This system feels restrictive and counterintuitive, especially when the results are out of the user’s control.
I hope you will consider this feedback seriously. Addressing these issues would not only enhance the user experience but also make many loyal users, like myself, truly happy and more confident in relying on Adobe’s AI-powered tools.
Thank you for your attention and continued innovation.
Best regards,
Zeynep
