Generative Fill loads to 100% and produces no results

Hello friends.
Adobe Generative Fill loads to 100% and doesn't produce results, it stays still until I Cancel.
I tried many ways, reinstalling Windows, updating photoshop, ..... but the problem still exists
The special thing is that AI still works perfectly on the PTS beta version, but the official version does not.
