Generative Fill Not Loading

My generative fill has stopped working. I can select an area and select "Generative Fill", but my options do not load (no matter how long I wait). 

I checked for app updates, and computer updates (Mac). It does not appear that either are needed. I closed Photoshop, and restarted my computer. No luck. 

Any tips, or is this a common glitch?
